The program also includes exploring the historic sites of Tbilisi, the ancient capital Mtskheta, and the stunning Kazbegi region. Day 1: Arrival in Tbilisi
Upon arrival in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel. After settling in, take a leisurely evening stroll through Tbilisi’s charming Old Town, where you can admire the blend of ancient and modern architecture, including the iconic Peace Bridge. The day will conclude with a traditional Georgian dinner, offering a taste of the local cuisine.
Day 2: School Visit and Tbilisi Exploration
Day 3: Cultural Immersion in Tbilisi
Start the day with a visit to the Tbilisi State University, where students will tour the campus, engage with university students and faculty, and learn about higher education opportunities in Georgia. The afternoon will be dedicated to exploring Tbilisi’s rich cultural sites, including the Holy Trinity Cathedral, one of the largest Orthodox churches in the world, and the National Museum of Georgia, where history comes alive through fascinating exhibits. The day ends with a relaxing boat ride along the Kura River.
