Japan Discovery – A Japan Educational journey designed for students to engage in a unique cultural and academic exchange. This program offers an unparalleled opportunity to learn and collaborate with peers at one of our renowned partner schools in Japan. Beyond the classroom, students will explore the vibrant cities of Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, and Osaka, immersing themselves in Japan’s rich history, culture, and traditions. This tour combines educational exploration with cultural adventures, ensuring students gain valuable knowledge while creating lasting memories. Our carefully curated school trips are designed to maximize learning and provide a balanced experience of education and adventure.

Day 1: Arrival in Tokyo
Students will arrive in Tokyo, Japan’s bustling capital, where they will be welcomed with a traditional Japanese greeting. After settling into their accommodations, the group will attend an orientation session to introduce them to the program and the cultural norms of Japan. The evening will be free for students to relax after their journey and enjoy a welcome dinner featuring authentic Japanese cuisine, setting the tone for the exciting days ahead.
Day 2: School Visit and Cultural Exchange in Tokyo
The second day marks the beginning of the academic exchange. Students will visit one of our renowned partner schools in Tokyo, where they will participate in a full day of classes and activities alongside Japanese students. This unique opportunity will allow them to engage in collaborative learning, share ideas, and experience Japan’s education system firsthand. The day will conclude with a cultural exchange event, where students will participate in traditional Japanese arts such as tea ceremony or calligraphy, fostering deeper connections with their Japanese peers.
Day 3: Exploring Tokyo's Cultural and Historical Sites
On the third day, students will embark on a guided tour of Tokyo, exploring its vibrant mix of modernity and tradition. They will visit iconic landmarks such as the Meiji Shrine, Asakusa Temple, and the bustling district of Shibuya, known for its famous scramble crossing. The day will also include a visit to a technology museum, where students can explore Japan's cutting-edge innovations. The evening will be spent experiencing the lively atmosphere of a traditional Japanese market, where students can sample street food and shop for souvenirs.
Day 4: Journey to Kyoto - The Heart of Traditional Japan
The fourth day will begin with a journey to Kyoto, Japan's ancient capital and the heart of its cultural heritage. Upon arrival, students will visit the magnificent Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion) and the serene Ryoan-ji Temple, renowned for its rock garden. They will also explore the historic district of Gion, known for its well-preserved wooden machiya houses and the presence of geisha culture. In the evening, students will participate in a traditional Japanese tea ceremony, providing them with a deeper understanding of Japan's cultural practices.
Day 5: Educational Exploration in Hiroshima
On the fifth day, students will travel to Hiroshima, a city that symbolizes peace and resilience. They will visit the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and Museum, where they will learn about the history of the atomic bombing and its aftermath. This visit will provide students with valuable insights into the importance of peace and the global impact of historical events. The day will also include a visit to the beautiful Itsukushima Shrine on Miyajima Island, famous for its "floating" torii gate. Students will return to Kyoto in the evening.
Day 6: Cultural Immersion and Farewell in Kyoto
The sixth day will be dedicated to further cultural immersion in Kyoto. Students will visit the Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous for its thousands of red torii gates, and the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, where they can experience the tranquility of nature. They will also have the opportunity to learn about traditional Japanese crafts, such as kimono making or pottery. The day will conclude with a farewell dinner, where students can reflect on their experiences and celebrate the friendships they have formed during the journey.
Day 7: Departure from Tokyo
On the final day, students will return to Tokyo for their departure. Before heading to the airport, they will have some free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing. The program will officially conclude as students board their flight back home, carrying with them the knowledge, experiences, and memories of an unforgettable educational journey through Japan.
